Most ERP platforms cover 70-90% of a typical business's needs through standard configuration — workflow rules, approval hierarchies, custom fields, and report layouts set up through the platform's own tools. We handle that configuration work first, since it's faster to deliver and easier to support long-term than custom code.

For the remaining gap, we build platform-native extensions: SAP ABAP developments, NetSuite SuiteScript and SuiteFlow customizations, Dynamics 365 Power Platform extensions and plugins, or Odoo custom modules in Python. The goal in every case is a workflow-specific business need addressed with the least amount of custom code that will actually get the job done, since every line of custom code is something that has to be maintained through future platform upgrades.
