HRMS implementation, payroll configuration, and custom development across Zoho People, Darwinbox, Keka, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors, and custom builds.
What We Offer
Our Process
A structured audit of your current leave, attendance, payroll, and approval policies — usually spread across Excel, verbal practice, and an outdated employee handbook — so the platform is configured around how your organization actually operates, not a generic default policy set.
For implementations, a fit assessment across Zoho People, Keka, Darwinbox, BambooHR, greytHR, or SAP SuccessFactors based on headcount, budget, and complexity — followed by a written configuration blueprint covering org structure, salary components, and approval hierarchies before any setup begins.
Core HR, payroll, and attendance modules configured against the blueprint, with PF, ESI, professional tax, LWF, TDS, and gratuity rules set up per applicable state and entity — statutory accuracy is treated as a launch-blocking requirement, not a post-go-live fix.
Employee master data, leave balances, and historical payroll records migrated from spreadsheets or a legacy system, with a reconciliation pass and at least one parallel payroll run to confirm the numbers match before the old system is retired.
HR admins and a pilot group of managers and employees test real workflows — leave application, payslip access, approvals — in a staging environment, with issues resolved and admin/employee training completed before a wider rollout.
Phased or big-bang go-live depending on organization size, followed by a defined hypercare window where the first payroll cycle and early user issues are monitored closely, ahead of transitioning to a standard support or AMC arrangement.
