A significant share of ERP modernization work isn't a first-time implementation at all — it's moving an aging on-premises system (an old SAP ECC install, a legacy Dynamics NAV setup, or an unsupported custom build) onto a current, cloud-hosted platform before vendor support or security patching runs out. We start with an honest assessment of the existing system to determine whether an in-place upgrade (e.g., SAP ECC to S/4HANA, Dynamics NAV to Business Central) is viable or whether a full replatform onto a different system is the more realistic path.

Where a migration is warranted, we run it in stages using parallel environments so the legacy system keeps operating until the new one is validated, rather than forcing a single high-risk cutover weekend for a system the business depends on daily.
