A technically successful CRM implementation can still fail if sales reps quietly go back to their own spreadsheets within a few weeks of go-live — adoption is a separate problem from configuration, and we treat it that way. We build role-specific training (a rep's daily workflow looks nothing like a sales manager's reporting needs) rather than one generic all-hands walkthrough, and deliver it through a mix of live sessions and short reference documentation people can actually return to later.
For larger rollouts, we also plan change management explicitly — identifying internal champions per team, setting expectations with leadership on what "good adoption" looks like at 30/60/90 days, and scheduling a post-launch check-in specifically to catch a CRM that's live in name but not actually being used at the desk level.
