We automate multi-step business processes — approval chains, reconciliation between systems, order-to-cash workflows — using a mix of traditional RPA tools like UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate for structured, rule-based steps, and AI components where the process involves judgment, unstructured input, or exceptions a fixed script can't handle. The right mix depends on the process: purely repetitive, rule-based steps rarely need an LLM in the loop, and we won't add AI where simpler automation solves the problem more reliably and cheaply.

Every automation is built against your actual current process, mapped before any tooling decision is made, and integrated with the CRMs, ERPs, and internal systems already in use rather than requiring a parallel system of record. We also build in exception handling and escalation paths, since the value of process automation is often determined by how gracefully it handles the 10% of cases that don't fit the standard flow.
